Channel request-Technical advice-Trouble ticket opening

I hope it is done
1) Bring back the NL: NPO Cultura channel MOST IMPORTANT
2) Bring back UK: YourTV channel
3) SE: Viasat Nature / Playboy has to have english audio as it was not russian
4) Adding new channels such as IT: Deejay TV (IT: Nove Deejay IS NOT Deejay TV), AT: Go TV, SLO: TV Koper Capodistria, IT: Sky MTV, CZ: MTV Europe.
here are my suggestions but I WANT the first and the third to be done as soon as possible thanks waiting for answer

ok but please tell your tech team 3 final things then I won't disturb anymore i promise: 1) When exactly SE: Viasat Nature/ Playboy will return with the english audio? 2) when NL: NPO Cultura will be brought back? and when NL: NPO 101 will be fixed and when will they get rid of that NL: NPO FunX? 3) it's now more than 3 weeks that these issues I have listed are present, so my last question is this: are these issues even possible to fix? no because if all the channel issues I have listed are still not repaired maybe they can't be repaired? I am waiting for god know how for these 2 channels to be fixed, so if you can't fix them then just tell me I will understand, sorry but you have to understand that my patience is not infinite (this server is also based in the netherlands btw). anyway please send this message to your tech team I would really like them to answer my 3 questions. Thank you very much
